Creeping Charlie was founded in 2009 by Hilary Coe and Janice Gourley. As past Director (2001 – 2008) and Marketing & Sponsorship Manager (2004 – 2008) (respective) of the NZ International Comedy Festival, Hilary and Janice have been integral in the professional growth of comedy in New Zealand.
After their time with the Festival, Hilary and Janice then went on to work with MTV Networks to bring the world’s biggest television comedy channel Comedy Central, to New Zealand.
Having worked with some of the biggest names in comedy both here and internationally and together with their expertise and knowledge in commercialising comedy, Hilary and Janice have a reputation as respected and leading industry professionals.
